Friend in need of prayers
My friend was on his way home from work and he had chest tightness and shortness of breath. He pulled over the side of the road and called 911. They then brought him via ambulance to the hospital in Olympia. He is having an angioplasty now during a heart attack. He has one blockage. Please pray for him and the cardiac team.

Update:
He is doing well. Thank you for all of the prayers! They’ve made such a difference.
He now has a stent in one of the main arteries of his heart. (They went through the arm as opposed to the groin, which is significant as it needs much less recovery time.) He was aware during the procedure – no general anesthesia.
At least the last two EKG's show heart rhythm normal, beat is a little fast. Ideally, they want to slow down the heartbeat before he gets discharged.
Last night was long, but he did well.
Today, they assess any damage and determine next steps. We are praying tests shows no damage. (Lord, heal the muscles of his heart!)
There’s a chance he could be discharged later today, with continued rest/care at home.
He is aware of all the prayers and good messages.
It was a miracle that he was able to get to the hospital in the way – and as quickly - as he did. We’re grateful for the care and team at St. Peter's.
